Terms of use

These terms cover use of the Q40 Motorsports website.

The catalog

Search matches words in part names and descriptions. It is not year, make, and model fitment. A part that names WRX or Corvette may still be wrong for a given year. Confirm fitment before you buy anywhere.

Membership and billing

Plans:

• 3 months: $90, renews every 3 months.
• Yearly: $299, renews every year.
• Monthly: $35, renews every month. For returning members only; new members join on 3 months or yearly.
• Monthly Plus: $65, renews every month.
• 3 months Plus: $180, renews every 3 months.
• Yearly Plus: $659, renews every year.

Every Plus plan includes one free shipment each month on orders of $150 or more. Cheapest shipping option. Freight orders excluded.

Every plan renews automatically and charges your card on file until you cancel. The plan, price and renewal date show at checkout before you pay.

Cancel any time from your account page. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access to the end of the period you paid for, then it ends. We do not refund any part of a period already paid.

A promo code's terms show at checkout before you pay. One membership per account.

Benefits are listed on the membership page and can change. We will tell members before a price change applies to their next renewal.

Member prices and member access are for your own use. Do not share, publish or resell them. We can end a membership that does. If we end a membership for that reason, we refund the unused whole months.

Yearly guarantee. If you join on the yearly plan and your member savings in your first 90 days come to less than what you paid for the year, you can ask us to end your membership and refund the difference. The guarantee ends a membership; it never lowers the price of one.

• Ask between day 60 and day 90 after you join, by email to service@q40motorsports.com from the email on your account.
• Member savings are the public price minus the price you paid, including member coupons in your cart, on parts you bought as a member in those 90 days that shipped and that you kept. A returned or cancelled part does not count.
• We refund the difference to the card you paid with. Your membership ends the day we refund it. You keep the parts and the prices you paid for them.
• One guarantee per person and per household, ever. If you join again, you join at the full price and without the guarantee.
• It covers the first year of the yearly plan only: not the 3 month or monthly plans, not a renewal, and not a membership given free with a code. With a promo code, the refund is figured on what you actually paid.

You are buying from AJQ Enterprise, LLC, which runs Q40 Motorsports.

Placing an order means you agree to these policies. The version on the site when you order applies to that order.

Limit of liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a part or an order is never more than what you paid for that part. We are not liable for labor, installation or removal, towing, rental vehicles, lost time or income, damage to your vehicle or other property, or any incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages. Some states do not allow these limits, so some may not apply to you.

These policies are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any dispute about a part, an order or these policies is brought in the courts of the State of Oregon, including small claims court.

Parts and racing use

Many parts are for off-highway or race use. Emissions, CARB, and street-legal status vary by part and by state. You are responsible for the install and for the law where you drive.
